Session Giveaway Contests

Promotion Description

Monthly Photography Session Giveaway Series ("Giveaway Series") sponsored by The Photo Fox, LLC. We will conduct one giveaway per month during the following periods:

• October 2025: October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MT) through October 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM (MT)
• November 2025: November 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MT) through November 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM (MT)
• December 2025: December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MT) through December 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM (MT)

Each monthly giveaway is a separate promotion with one winner per month. The specific giveaway you are entering will be clearly identified in our social media announcement posts.

Prize Details

One (1) Winner per month will receive:

• One (1) complimentary photography session (valued at $150)
• $150 credit toward any digital download package (packages range from $75-$250)
• Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Employees of The Photo Fox, LLC, immediate family members, and household members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law
• Maximum of 5 total entries per person per monthly giveaway

How to Enter

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries for each monthly giveaway on or around the 8th of each month at approximately 12:00 PM (MT)
• Winner will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered within 24 hours of being selected as the winner
• Winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner will be selected
• Winner announcement will be posted on our social media channels

Prize Claiming & Restrictions

• Winner has 30 days from the notification date to claim their prize; the prize is claimed by working with The Photo Fox team to successfully book their free session
• The session date and time must be selected from our posted session spot availability calendar, and it must be between 14 and 90 days from the date that the prize was claimed
• The session location is subject to our standard service areas
• The $150 credit expires when the associated session gallery expires, and the credit may only be used towards the purchase of digital photo packages from the free session provided through this giveaway
• Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or substituted
• Limit one prize per person per calendar year - previous monthly winners are not eligible for subsequent monthly giveaways

Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Providing false information
• Using multiple accounts to enter
• Posting inappropriate or offensive content
• Violating any of these official rules
• Failing to respond to winner notification within 48 hours
• Exceeding the maximum entry limits

General Terms

• By entering, participants agree to these official rules
• Winner may be required to sign a liability waiver
• The Photo Fox, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion
• Winner agrees to allow use of their name, likeness, and session images for promotional purposes
• Participants release The Photo Fox, LLC from any liability related to this promotion
